The FATA University invites sealed bids for the supply of electric cable, “For the Electrification of Various Buildings of the University at Darra Adam Khel, FR Kohat”. The applied firms/suppliers must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in specialized category, Energy & Power Department, KP government, FBR, KPRA and must have a status of Active Tax Payer.

The applying firms/suppliers have to submit the Tender Processing Fee of Rs. 2000/-(Non-Refundable) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Treasurer, FATA University. The Income Tax, Stamp Duty, General Sales Tax (GST) or any other government taxes will be charged as per rules.The rates shall be valid till 30th June, 2024.2% Bid Security/Earnest Money of the total bid price (refundable) shall be submitted with the bid in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Treasurer, FATA University. The Security must be submitted from the account of firm/supplier/contractor who submits the bid.No bid will be accepted without tender processing fee.The Bids shall reach to this office of the Undersigned up to Tuesday, January 23, 2024 before 11:00 A.M and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M in the Committee Room of the FATA University in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids must be submitted through registered Courier/Postal Services etc. Bid delivered by hand or received after the due date & time, will not be accepted. The FATA University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rules 47 (1) of the KPPRA Rules 2014.The quantity of the item may increase/decrease.Errors and omissions, if any, shall be subject to rectification by the University.
