FATA University intends to invite Sealed Tenders from Sales Tax and Income Tax registered firms/suppliers/contractors for the purchase and installation of the following items under the HEC approved Projects of FATA University, FR Kohat.

- The Tender Documents can be obtained from the Vice Chancellor Secretariat, FATA University, Darra Adam Khel, FR Kohat on any working day on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) OR can be downloaded from the website: www.fu.edu.pk.
- The interested firms are required to submit to the undersigned a comprehensive Technical Proposal in English and a Financial Proposal in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical Proposal or Financial Proposal, for the services required under the Terms of References (TOR’s) of the university, latest by November 20, 2018 till 11:00 A.M. The Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders/representatives in the FATA University, Darra Adam Khel, FR Kohat.
- In case tender is downloaded from the website, attach a separate draft of Rs 500/- in the name of Vice Chancellor FATA University as tender cost.

- A call deposit at the rate of 2% of the bid needs to be attached with the quotation.
- Tender Notice is also available at PPRA website
- The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders / bids under PPRA rules.
