FATA University has organized a one day Seminar on Life Under Siege: Kashmir After Article 370 to observe 5th February Kashmir Solidarity Day at the Main Hall of FATA University on 4th February, 2022. The Seminar was organized jointly by the Provost office and Students’ Affairs Societies. The guest speaker of the occasion was a well renowned Professor of Political science Dr. Abdul Rauf, Department of Political Science, University of Peshawar while the Honorable vice Chancellor of FATA University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan, was the chief guest of the occasion. The guest speaker explained the religious, social, political and regional importance of Kashmir and shared a true picture of brutalities and cruelties in Indian Occupied Kashmir. Relatedly, he also stressed upon the role of Pakistani youth and international organizations to support the cause of Kashmir. The Honorable Vice Chancellor, FATA University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan also expressed his views and highlighted the contribution and importance of Pakistani State in Kashmir dispute resolution. All the faculty members, administrative staff and students attended the seminar. The Seminar was ended with a vote of thanks by the worthy Vice Chancellor, FATA University.
