Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure

 FATA University invites sealed tenders/bids from eligible suppliers/firms/contractors under KPPRA Rules, registered with KPRA and Revenue Department for the supply of the following items.

• The tender documents can be downloaded from the FATA University website: The Tender Form, BOQ, etc. can be obtained from the office of the Treasurer FATA University on any working day during the office hours on written request on proper letterhead along with company/firm profile and bank draft of Rs. 1000/- in favor of the Vice Chancellor FATA University (non-refundable). 
•  The Bids will be received through registered mail/courier service at the Treasurer office of FATA University  21 February 2022 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders/representatives.

Sealed bids must be accompanied by a bid security (earnest money), 2 % of the estimated tender cost, in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in original from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Vice-Chancellor FATA University.

• All the taxes will be deducted from the bills of firms/contractors at prescribed rates notified by the federal and provincial government from time to time.
