NOTICE INVITING TENDER / BID

Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure

• Please refer to FATA University tender No. 2-2023 for procurement of furniture published on 08-06-2023 in the daily newspapers.
• The clause published in the tender notice, reproduced here as, “The University authorities reserve the right to cancel the tender at any time”  may be read as “The procuring entity may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal.”.
• Registration of bidder/supplier with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority is not mandatory in accordance to KPPRA Rule 37 (A).
• All other terms and conditions of the tender notice shall remain the same.
• The Tenders/Bids must be sent through courier and must reach the Office of the Treasurer, FATA University, Tribal Subdivision Darra Adam Khel, Kohat till July 11, 2023, at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders / representatives at the Committee Room of FATA University
