The students of the English Works program of the FATA University celebrated EARTH DAY on April 22, 2019 in the main auditorium. Prof. Dr. M. Tahir Shah, Vice Chancellor FATA University, was the Chief Guest at the occasion. The students presented Earth day related models, projects, charts which highlighted the importance of environmental issues. The activity started with a welcome note followed by a detailed introduction to Earth day importance. Students watched a video based on the history and importance of the Earth Day. The Vice chancellor along with the English Works teachers assessed the work of the students. They appreciated and encouraged the students for their efforts. The Chief Guest distributed prizes among the best presenters. The Chief Guest in his remarks highlighted the importance of celebrating the Earth Day. He also applauded the efforts made by the students and teachers for celebrating the Earth Day.
